For dinner tonight, I sauteed some chard with a clove of crushed garlic in olive oil. Tossed it into a bowl of fluffy quinoa with a handful of dried cranberries. Salt, pepper, eat.
Super easy, I cooked in a rice cooker. Just a little under 2:1 water to quinoa. They say you should always rinse it first, and use a fine strainer/sieve to do so.
I'm guessing it can be cooked just like any pilaf too, so I'm dying to try more recipes for this.

Ooh. quinoa. I still haven't opened mines yet. How was it? Hard to cook?
